Messages arrive in incorrect order.

I frequently get messages arriving in the incorrect order when talking to a bot that spams a great deal of output:

Seen the same. Wrote it off as a bouncer issue, but I can't say I looked into it extensively. It happens quite a lot when you see plenty of scroll (the kind you'd get when you connect to the bouncer and get a lot o' backlog)

Have done some work on this and should be fixed. Don't have any info on how to reproduce this though, so please let me know if you experience it again.
