Change nick on Away

Would it be possible to add something like a nick change if away? Like, after 5 minutes, mark as away, and change nick to Nick|Afk, or something custom we can set it to. And on return, auto change nick back and re-confirm with nickserv automatically.
Also, automatic nickserv password confirmation on connect would be nice, instead of having to do /msg nickserv identify password everytime we connect.
