Display/caching problem with tooltips in user list

I've noticed when joining a channel with many users that the user details tooltips in the channel user list (nickname, username, hostname etc) are only displayed for the users visible in the scroll view when first joining the channel.
In a channel with enough users to necessitate a scroll bar in the list, only those visible before scrolling have tooltips. Possibly a caching problem (drawRect doesn't check if the list changes and other details need caching?).
The same problem remains when switching to view another channel and then returning to this - even if the scroll view is left parked halfway down.

I've noticed that when a new user joins and their name appears in the user list scrollview without scrolling, they get a tooltip. Users previously visible without scrolling no longer have one...
I think maybe the mouse-over handling code looks at coords in the scrollview instead of coords in the view inside the scrollview?
