Update Pastie Script

Current script requires second parameter still which was fixed in 1.2.1, script needs to take advantage of this.

Completed. Now when you do no specify an argument it will default to plain text. I have added a couple more syntax styles:
- c++
- css
- diff
- html_rails
- html
- java
- javascript
- objective-c++
- php
- plaintext
- python
- ruby
- sql
- shell-unix-generic
There are 2 scripts included, /paste which will paste to the public pastebin and /ppaste which will paste privately.
