Agent freezes when joining multiple channels at once

If I try to join multiple channels at once (eg. /j #abc,#def,#ghi,#jkl,#mno,#pqr,#stu,#vwx,#yz) it will freeze Linkinus requiring a Quit from the Activity Monitor!
When joining multiple channels (whether it crashes or not!) I always get this in the console:

This is also true if I start Linkinus with auto-connect servers and channels... It was starting to "bork" so I tried parting one of the "borked" channels (one with a green dialog but no userlist, topic, etc...) to reenter, and Linkinus froze spitting this to the console:
