Shortcut for whois info - command shift i

Can you implement a keyboard shortcut for whois, currently i have to do a right click and choose Whois, most other programs on the mac to use get info are either command i or shift command i the way it is set up now command option w is very hard to use and not a standarad. Also you can not do a whois to someone who you are chatting with, I will have people message me out the blue and I can not do a right click or shortcut whois on these users.
Another thing that is annoying is that i can not right click and do a dcc to someone who I am chatting with, but you can if you are in channel, can you add this as well?
